OSP Toolkit Supports New ETSI Open Settlement Protocol Open source client protocol stack for Open Settlement Protocol V4.1.1 Atlanta, Georgia (USA) –– May 17, 2004. TransNexus has released OSP Toolkit version 3.1.1. which supports new features defined in V4.1.1 of the expanded Open Settlement Protocol (OSP) standard ratified in November 2003 by the European Telecommunications Standard Institute (ETSI). OSP is the global standard for inter-domain pricing, authorization and usage exchange. New features in the OSP Toolkit:
