The new module for the SIP Express Router is available from http://osp-module.berlios.de/ and may be used with open source OSP servers such as the OpenOSP or RAMS servers, available from SourceForge. The module has also been tested exhaustively and deployed using the TransNexus Peering Server. The Open Settlement Protocol is an IP operations and billing support systems protocol defined by the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI), www.etsi.org.
